Well being the busy, busy girl that I am, this is my first **official** blog! I do have a blog on my MySpace page, and you may want to check it out, ESPECIALLY to read about my dinner with Phyllis Diller at her house! (Complete with pics galore!)
But this one is more about my brand spankin' new book, À La Cart: The Secret Lives of Grocery Shoppers. (I mostly just included the title again so I could try the bold and ital functions here!)
It'll be chock full o' exciting news, as well as some potentially fascinating tidbits about things like: Found items and lists, what your shopping list says about YOU, maybe even some crazy-ass shopping tips -- ya never know!
And speaking of news... the FIRST REVIEW for À La Cart: The Secret Lives of Grocery Shoppers just came out yesterday! And I'm thrilled to say it was a **STARRED** review in Publishers Weekly!! WHOO HOOO! Wanna read the whole thing? Here it is:
So of course I had to check out Bitter With Baggage to see exactly what they were referencing, and, well, ready? It's a book filled with pics of "tiny yellow chickens" (that's what it says in the intro!) photographed in different scenarios.

Gotta love that the reviewer even used a pun, which no one would get if they didn't know the book -- that fans of this book should "flock" to mine!
